The firm of W.M.Moroz Architect Ltd. was established
in 1993 when the former 14 year old firm of Dodson Moroz Architects
was restructured and Wally Moroz took over the practice as sole proprietor,
- supported by key core personnel. This established firm was then
restructured for new growth under a redefined professional philosophy
and a new plateau of architectural practice for the future.
The former practice had enjoyed considerable past success and had
gained a great deal of experience with a wide spectrum of building
projects in both public and private sectors, -and a working knowledge
of all forms of construction contracts/arrangements.

As evidenced from the list of projects,
our firm has an extensive portfolio of experience in a BROAD
SPECTRUM of PROJECTS of various types, scale and complexity,-
with considerable experience in designing for the Hotel/Hospitality
industry,- as well as notable success with various types of multi-family
residential projects, both Lowrise and Highrise.
This wealth of experience also encompasses working with a BROAD
DIVERSITY of CLIENTELE, -including Private Developers, Project
Managers, User Group Representatives and Administrators representing
all levels of government and public sector institutions.
This extensive, multi-faceted experience has enabled us to develop
a SUCCESSFUL METHODOLOGY for effectively organizing and expediting
projects through various procedures and approvals required by the
Authorities Having Jurisdiction, -and a capability of providing the
client with a comprehensive 'Flowchart' outline for the project development
